As part of the community experience, Primal Rebirth may host weekly lifestyle or health-based challenges designed to encourage member participation and self-improvement. These challenges may focus on areas such as strength, sleep, habits, or overall hormone health. Participation is optional and does not require any additional purchase beyond the standard membership. Each challenge may offer a reward to one selected winner, typically in the form of a cash prize delivered via PayPal. If the selected winner is not eligible for PayPal (e.g., under the required age or does not have an account), an alternative non-cash digital prize (such as a PDF guide or other digital resource) will be offered instead. By participating in a challenge, members acknowledge that cash prizes are not guaranteed and may be replaced by a non-cash reward depending on individual circumstances. Winners are typically announced publicly inside the private Primal Rebirth group after the challenge ends and are instructed to check their Skool direct messages to claim their prize. Challenge start dates, prize delivery, and winner announcements may vary from week to week, and there is no fixed schedule for these events. Winner selection may be based on either subjective or objective criteria, depending on the rules of the specific challenge. Criteria may include factors such as effort, creativity, consistency, measurable outcomes, or results compared to other participants. Primal Rebirth reserves the sole right to determine the winner, and all decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Primal Rebirth is not responsible for issues related to PayPal account eligibility, failed transfers, or delays caused by third-party services. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated. Primal Rebirth reserves the right to change, postpone, cancel, or remove any challenge or prize at any time, and to disqualify any participant suspected of dishonest behavior, rule violations, or manipulation of the system.

These sessions are not part of the core membership offering and are not scheduled on a recurring basis. There is no guarantee of frequency, availability, or future access. When available, sessions may include educational segments and optional Q&A. Participation is voluntary, and attendance is not required to receive the primary membership benefits. Access to these sessions is provided solely at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. By attending, you agree to abide by all applicable terms regarding recordings, privacy, and community conduct.

Monthly membership payments are billed automatically. You may cancel at any time through your Skool account, and your access will remain active until the end of your billing period. For eBook purchases, payment is collected once via Stripe. Delivery is handled via automated email through Systeme.io.

Primal Rebirth may, from time to time, make special offers, promotions, bundles, or discounted pricing available to new or existing members. The availability, scope, and duration of any such offer is determined solely by Primal Rebirth and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Discounted or promotional pricing, including bundled offers (such as multiple eBooks sold together at a reduced price compared to individual purchases), is valid only for the period stated in the offer. Unless otherwise specified, discounts or bundles apply only at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. Primal Rebirth makes no guarantee that any promotional offer, bundle, or discounted price will be available again in the future.

From time to time, Primal Rebirth may offer memberships at a discounted “lifetime” rate (for example, $10/month instead of $15/month). The term “lifetime discount” refers to the discounted rate being locked in for the duration of a member’s continuous, active subscription. If a member cancels their subscription and later re-subscribes, their prior discount will not automatically carry over. Any subsequent subscriptions will be billed at the rate publicly available on the website at the time of re-subscription, which may or may not include a discount. Primal Rebirth may also grant “free lifetime access” as part of a rewards or leveling program within the community. The term “lifetime access” refers to continued access to the Primal Rebirth community and its content without further payment, provided that the member maintains compliance with these Terms. Both “lifetime discounts” and “free lifetime access” are valid only while Primal Rebirth continues to operate and offer memberships. Primal Rebirth does not guarantee the perpetual availability of its services or community, and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue these programs at its discretion.

Primal Rebirth may display countdown timers on its website alongside certain offers. These timers are designed to encourage prompt action. The presence or expiration of a timer does not, by itself, end or invalidate an offer. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, discounts and promotions remain available after a timer has reset, until Primal Rebirth modifies or discontinues them at its discretion. From time to time, Primal Rebirth may use phrases such as “Claim Your 33% Lifetime Discount Before Timer Ends.” This language is intended to encourage visitors to take advantage of an available offer during the displayed countdown. It does not guarantee or represent that the discount will be permanently unavailable after the timer expires.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Norway, regardless of where you are accessing the site from.

Primal Rebirth offers an affiliate program through the Skool platform, allowing individuals to earn commissions by referring others to the paid Primal Rebirth community. When someone joins through an affiliate's unique referral link and pays for access, the affiliate earns a 40% recurring commission, as long as the referred member remains subscribed. Payouts are handled directly by Skool through Stripe Express and follow Skool’s built-in affiliate payment schedule and policies. The affiliate program applies only to the paid monthly membership to the Skool community. It does not include eBooks or other one-time digital products sold on the Primal Rebirth website. Affiliates cannot earn commissions on those products. Affiliates operate independently and are not representatives or employees of Primal Rebirth. By participating in the program, affiliates agree not to make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Primal Rebirth, its content, its results, or its purpose. Affiliates must never imply they are officially endorsed or authorized to speak on behalf of the brand. If any affiliate is found to be misrepresenting the community, promoting it dishonestly, or violating platform rules, Primal Rebirth reserves the right to publicly disassociate from that individual and take further action where possible, such as removing them from the community or reporting abuse to Skool. Primal Rebirth does not control who joins the affiliate program or who receives payouts. Those processes are handled entirely by Skool. As such, Primal Rebirth cannot withhold commissions or prevent someone from earning if Skool determines they are eligible. Participation in the affiliate program is at your own discretion. By using a referral link to promote the brand, you agree to these terms and understand that misuse may result in public disassociation and possible removal from any associated Primal Rebirth platforms or groups.
